Kancheepuram Dosa

Kancheepuram Dosa
  • 2 Cups -Dosa Rice
  • 1/2 cup- Urid Dhal
  • 1 tsp - chana dhal
  • 1 tsp-  peper corns
  • 1/2 tsp-turmeri powder
  • 1/2 tsp -Methi seeds
  • a pinch hing 
  • salt to taste  ..

Soak rice, urid , chana dhal n methi seeds for 3 hrs and grind to a fine paste along with pepper corns, turmeric, and hing .. add in salt n ferment the batter overnight .. 

Heat the tawa , smear a tsp of oil n spread a ladle full batter n roast on both sides !
