Crispy Paper Dosa !

  • 1 Cup- Moong Dhal
  • 1 Cup- Dosa Rice
  • 1 Cup- Urad Dhal
  • 1 Cup -Maida
  • 1Cup- Rice Flour

Soak Moong Dhal , Dosa Rice, Urad Dhal together for 4 hours n grind it to a fine paste
Mix Maida N Rice Flour in 3 cups of water for 4 hours ..
add this soaked and drained powders to the ground batter n ferment overnight add salt to the batter

Heat dosa tawa .. apply 1 tsp of oil and spread d dosa batter n roast on both the sides ..
  
Serve hot with coconut chutney !
