Paneer Butter Masala

Paneer Butter Masala

  • 1/4 th kg- paneer .. (Cut into cubes n shallow or deeep fried )
  • 3 -big onions,
  •  3- tomatoes( make puree )
  •  cashewnuts-1 fist make paste ..
  • 2tsp-Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 11/2tsp -Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp -haldi
  • 11/2 tsp -coriender powder,
  • 1 tsp- zeera powder
  • 100 gms -Unsalted Butter
  • 1 glass -Milk
  • salt to taste
  • coriender leaves for garnishing
Method

Heat 2 tsp of oil n add finely chopped onions fry till pink add Ginger garlic paste  ..
.. fry for a while ..  add in tomatoo puree , cook till d raw smell goes.... add garam masala powder, haldi powder, coriender powder, zeera powder fry it for a while .. then add cashewnut paste , fry for a mt add in unsalted butter , salt , when it melts add milk ..then add d fried paneer n garnish with coriender leaves!
