Cabbage Ambado ..version 2
- Cabbage .. Finely chopped ( 2 cups )
- Onion ..Finely chopped .. 1 cup
- Green chilles chopped ..2 or according to the spice
- Coriander leaves chopped..1 tblsp
- Ginger Grated .. 1/2 tsp
- Gram Flour... 2 tblsp
- Rice flour..2 tblsp
- Red chilly powder..1 tsp
- Semolina... 2 tsp
- Salt to taste .
- Oil for deep frying
Method
In a bowl, add chopped cabbage,onion, green chilles, coriander leaves, ginger grated , gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, semolina , salt n mix well ...
Make equal sized small round balls .
Heat oil in a kadai , add in 4 to 5 cabbage balls at a time n cook on both sides till crisp .
