Ghasmando . A typical amchi forgotten sweet . 


  •  Maida ..1 cup 
  • Warm Water ..1 cup 
  • Salt ..a pinch 
  • Ghee for deep frying


Filling 

  •  Beaten rice/Phova .. 1 cup powdered 
  • Powdered Sugar..1 cup 
  • Cardamom powder..1 tsp
  •  Black  sesame seeds/Black thil..1 tblsp


Method 
Wash the black sesame seeds, dry them on a cotton cloth n dry roast them ..keep aside .

Dry roast beaten rice , n powder them . keep aside 

In a bowl add the powdered beaten rice, powdered sugar, cardamom powder n roasted thil n mix well . 

In a bowl add maida, salt , water n prepare a dough as puri . 

Prepare small balls of the above dough n make puris. 

Heat ghee in a kadai n add the prepared puri's one by one n take out before it becomes crisp . 

At once place the above mixture over the puri at one end n fold like triangular shape .

Repeat for rest of the puris the same way . 

Assort them one over  the other like a row ..sprinkle rest of the stuffing over ..as it cools it becomes crisp .

Store them in an air tight container .
