Chocholate Lassi

Chocolate  Lassi 


  • Thick Curds.. 1/2 litre 
  • Dark chocolate pieces... 1/4 th cup
  • Cocoa powder.. 1 tsp 
  • Sugar..1 tblsp or according to the sweetness ) 
  • Almonds ... 8

Garnish 

  • Grated dark chocolate ...1 tsp
  • Chopped almonds... 1 tsp 


Method 
Grate the dark chocolate pieces .

Soak the almonds in hot water for 20 mts , remove the skin . 

Blend well the thick curds, grated dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar n soaked almonds for few seconds till it turns frothy .  

Chill for an hour , do the garnishing n serve .
