Carrot Vermicelli Kheer !

Carrot Vermicelli Kheer !

  • Carrots...2 ( i have used the seasonal Delhi Carrots ) 
  • Vermicelli ... 1/2 cup ( i used MTR roasted vermicelli ) 
  • Full Fat Milk.. 1/2 litre 
  • Sugar..2 tblsp or according to the sweetness) 
  • Ghee..2 tsp
  • Cashew nuts.. 6
  • Raisins..6
  • Cardamom powder.. 1/2 tsp 


Method
Wash , scrap the carrots . chop roughly n pressure cook till soft . cool it n then puree .

Boil milk n then add vermicelli in it n cook for about 10 mts till soft . 

Add sugar n let it dissolve . 

Add carrot puree , mix well . 

Melt ghee in a pan ,  roast cashew nuts n raisins . Add this to the above kheer . Add cardamom powder n mix well . 

Serve warm or chilled .
