Phool Makhana Kheer !
- 1 cup phool makhana
- 1/2 lt milk
- 1/4 th cup sugar
- a few strands saffron
- cashewnuts n raisins a few ..
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Heat ghee add cahewnuts n raisins .. take off , then add torn phool makhana n fry till golden brown .. 1/2 of d roasted phool makhana grind to a paste .. boil milk add sugar , d roasted phool makhana n also d ground paste .. add in cardamon powder , fried cashewnuts n raisins along with saffron strands ( previously soaked in little milk )..
