Karbas Dosa with coconut oil and raw mango pickle !
Ingredients
  • Dosa rice- 1 cup
  • urid dhal-1/4 th cup
  • Fenugreek seeds -1 tsp
  • dry red chilly -2
  • Asafoetida/Hing- a pinch
  • turmeric powder-1/4 th tsp
  • salt to taste
Method
soak rice, urid n fenugreek seeds for 4 hrs and grind along with dry red chilly , Asafoetida, and turmeric powder to a paste .. ferment the batter overnight ..add salt ! 

Heat d tawa , smear oil n pour a ladle full batter n spread evenly , pour a tsp of oil ..cover with d lid n cook till crisp on both sides !
