Creamy Phool Makhana ! (Lotus seeds) ...
Ingredients
  • 2 cups -Phool Makhana ( Lotus Seeds)
  • 1 cup-Fresh or frozen green peas
  • 1-medium onion
  • 1-cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp-ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp -kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp-coriander powder
  • 1 tsp-chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp-cumin powder
  • 1/4 th- tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp -garam masala powder
  • 1/4 th cup -cashewnut paste
  • 1/2 glass water or as needed
  • coriander leaves to garnish
  • oil-3 tsp
  • salt to taste

Method
In a kadai add a tsp of oil n stir fry d phool makhana for 1 mt ,take it out .. in d same kadai add 2 tsp of oil and fry finely chopped onions till transparent , add Ginger garlic paste fry 4 a minute then add d tomato puree n cook till d raw smell goes .. add all d masalas n then d cashewnut paste , water and crushed kasuri methi add peas cook till boiled .. add salt n then d roasted phool makhana n mix well ! garnish with coriander leaves !

    1. U CAN USE DRIED PUMKIN SEEDS :)WHICH IS EASILY AVILABLE IN THE MARKET !
