Paneer Frankie roll

Paneer Frankie roll
For the base
1 -glass wheat flour
1/4 th -glass milk
salt to taste

For the sauce
2 -tsp oil
3- garlic flakes
1 -medium sized onion
1- tomato
1- tsp chilly powder
1- tsp kasuri methi
3- tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp sugar

For the filling
Paneer cubes - 50 gms
1-big capcicum
1-onion
1-tomato
1/2- inch ginger
3 -flakes garlic
2 -green chillies
 2tsp -oil 

Method

Make a dough with wheat flour , milk n salt .. keep covered under wet cloth for 30 mts ..

prepare d sauce by adding oil in a kadai, chopped garlic , chopped onions , tomatoes n  fry these till soft , then add chilly powder, kasuri methi, tomato ketchup, sugar .. cool n grind

prepare a filling by grinding onion, tomatoes, ginger ,garlic and green chillies (dont add water )
in a pan add oil n shallow fry paneer cubes .. place it on a tissue paper
n in d same oil add chopped capcicum , ground paste n fry till d raw smell goes add in salt n paneer .. make it a dry gravy !

Roll out chapathis ,N ROAST them .. spread d sauce n add the filling and roll !
