Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls ! 
For the pastry wrap  
1 cup- Maida
3 tsp-fine rawa
4 tsp -hot oil
1/4 th cup or as needed- water
salt to taste

Filling
1/2 cup -cabbage
1/2 cup-capsicum
1/2 cup -carrots
1/2 cup -peas
1/2 cup-corn kernel's
1/2 tsp -pepper powder
1-onion
2- garlic flakes
1/2 tsp -vinegar
2 tsp -oil
salt to taste 

Method
Prepare a dough with maida, salt, rawa , oil n water .. keep aside for 15 mts

in a kadai add oil n saute finely chopped onions, garlic,cabbage, carrots, capsicum, peas , corn kernel's , pepper powder ,vinegar and salt .

Make thin chapathis ,fill in d above mixture ..seal the ends of the rolls with water n deep fry !

serve hot with tomato ketchup !
