Oat vada

 Oat vada

3/4 th cup quaker oats
1/4 th cup bengal gram dhal
1 onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 green chilly
lilttle coriander leaves
oil for frying 

Method 
soak bengalgram dhal for 1/2 an hour in hot water .. drain water n grind coarsely .. mix this along with oats, chopped onions, salt, red chilly powder, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves n salt .. heat oil ..form d mixture into round balls ..flatten them n deep fry on medium flame till golden brown ..

TIP - Before making vadas apply little water on your hands to avoid sticking of d mixture ..
