Egg Ghassi
Hard Boiled eggs -5Grated coconut -2 cup's
Dry red chilly - 5 to 6
Coriander Seeds -2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Methi/Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 th tsp
Black pepper corns -1/4 th tsp
Tamarind -Tamarind Seed size
Onion - Medium sized 2 ,one for grinding the masala n one while boiling the masala -chopped
Garlic flakes , peeled -6 to 8
Turmeric powder -1/4 th tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Peel the Boiled eggs ... make some cuts n set aside ...
Dry roast dry red chilly , coriander seeds, cumin seeds, methi seeds n black pepper corns ..cool n grind to a fine paste along with grated coconut n tamarind ... then to the ground masala add one roughly chopped onion n peeled garlic flakes , turmeric powder n grind again to a very fine paste ...
in a vessel add this ground paste , water for consistency , 1/2 chopped onion , cooked eggs n boil well for 5 to 7 mts ... adding salt
Serve with Rice /Rottis .
