Magge Godu Polo / Mlore yellow cucumber Sweet Dosa
- Raw Rice -1-1/2 cup's
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Skinless chopped Magge / Mangalore cucumber pieces - 2 to 3 cups
- Jaggery - Lime size -increase as per the sweetness one prefers
- Ghee /Oil as needed to roast dosa
- Salt to taste .
Method
Wash n soak raw rice for 4 hours or overnight .
Next day morning grind the soaked raw rice along with grated coconut ,Jaggery n chopped skinless magge pieces to a paste without adding water as the vegetable leaves water while grinding . Remove the batter n ad salt .Mix well .
Heat a dosa tawa, smear ghee /oil n pour the dosa batter , cook on both sides ,
Serve hot with butter
Note :No need to ferment the batter .
