Bapama Dosa

Bapama Dosa 

  • Dosa Rice - 1 cup 
  • Urid Dhal - 1/3 rd cup 
  • Grated Coconut -1 cup 
  • Salt to taste 

Wash n soak rice n urid dhal for about 45 mts n then grind to a semi coarse batter along with grated coconut ..remove the batter add salt n water for dosa consistency 

Heat a tawa, drizzle oil ..pour a ladleful batter n roast on both sides adding coconut oil at the edges.

Note : No need to ferment the batter .

Serve hot with chutney
