Moode usli

Moode Usli 

  • Left over Moodo/Khotto/Idlies ... mashed roughly ... 2 cups
  • Oil..2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds ..1/2 tsp
  • Green chilly chopped ..2
  • Curry leaves..1 sprig
  • Hing/Asafoetida water..1 tsp 
  • Salt to taste .
  • Grated coconut ... 1 tblsp


Method
In a kadai ,add oil , splutter mustard seeds, then add chopped green chilly , curry leaves n saute for 1/2 a minute .Add roughly mashed moodo , salt n stir well ..Add hing water and garnish with grated coconut . 

Serve with chips/ Shev or just like that with a cup of coffee .
