Corn Pakoda
- American Sweet corn kernels ..1 cup
- Onions..2
- Green chillies chopped..3
- Rice powder..2 tblsp
- Besan/ Bengal Gram flour .1 tblsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves..1 tblsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Method
Boil the sweet corn kernels ..cool n drain it well .
In a bowl add the boiled corn kernels , chopped onions, chopped green chillies , rice powder, besan, chopped coriander leaves n salt . mix well , form into round shape n deep fry till crisp .
Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney
