Spicy Potato Fingers /French Fries .
- Potatoes -2
- Red Chilly Powder-2 tsp
- Rice Flour -1 tblsp
- Hing/ Asafoetida -1/4 th tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Method
Wash , peel the potatoes n slice them into 2 inch long thin pieces .
In a bowl add chilly powder , rice flour, hing n salt ..mix well .
In a kadai heat oil , drop a few marinated potato fingers in it n deep fry till crisp .
Serve with Tomato Ketchup
