Cheese Masala Pav


  • 4 -Pav
  • 1 /4 th cup -grated cheese
  • 2 tsp-Salt less  Butter 
  • 3 tsp -chopped tomatoes 
  • 3 tsp -chopped onions
  • 2 tsp-chopped coriander leaves 
To Stuff
  • 1-capsicum 
  • 2-medium sized potatoes
  • 1- onion
  • 2 -tomatoes
  • 1 tsp -chilly powder
  • 1 tsp- pav bhaji masala
  • 1/4 tsp -turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp- ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp- Coriander leaves 
  • salt to taste 
Method 
Pressure cook potatoes ,cool , peel n smash it .keep aside.

In a kadai add onions n fry till pink ,add in ginger garlic paste fry for a minute , then add tomatoes n cook till the raw smell goes !add all the powders n fry for a minute , then add finely chopped capsicum with salt n cook it covered till soft . Add the smashed potatoes n mix well ! garnish with coriander leaves ! 

Serving 
Slit the pav ,place the stuffing and apply little butter over it n roast on tawa  ! 
Top the roasted stuffed pav with chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves n grated cheese .

Serve hot !!!
