Pumpkin buds besan fries !
- Pumpkin Buds -10 to 12
- Besan /gram flour- 1/4 th cup
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp
- Hing/Asafoetida -a pinch
- Ajwain/Carom Seeds -1/4 th tsp
- salt to taste
Method
wash the pumpkin buds n pat them dry !
In a bowl mix besan, salt, red chilly powder, hing, ajwain with little water n make a thick batter ... heat oil in a kadai n dip the buds in the batter n deep fry !
