Jai Hind ,egg less coconut cookies !
- Maida-100 gms
- Salt less butter at room temperature -100 gms
- Powdered sugar-50 gms
- Crystal Sugar-15 gms
- Dessicated Coconut Powder- 50 gms
- Cardamom powder-one pinch
Method
Sieve maida .
cream butter and powdered sugar little by little with finger tips ,clockwise .
Fold in maida with coconut powder, crystal sugar, pinch of cardamom powder, n d creamed mixture .. mix well ..
wet hands n divide the mixture into small balls ,flatten a little n bake at 180 degree for 15 to 20 mts !
Note : i have used orange n green food colours as d mark of Independence day :) Jai Hind :)
