Badikannaga /Tapioca Spicy Roast  

  • Badikannanga/Tapioca ... 1 medium 
  • Oil..1 tblsp
  • Mustard Seeds .1/2 tsp 
  • Red chilly powder...2 tsp 
  • Turmeric powder ..1/4 th tsp 
  • Salt to taste . 

Method 
Wash the tapioca, peel the skin , chop into huge chunks n pressure cook just for a whistle till soft n not mushy . 

In a kadai add oil , splutter mustard seeds, add turmeric, red chilly powder ,salt n cooked tapioca pieces n mix n roast well .
