Vegetable Curd Bhaath
- Cooked Rice ..1 cup
- Carrot ..1/2 cup grated
- Onion..1 medium sized finely chopped
- Cucumber ...1/2 cup finely chopped
- Curds..3 cup's
- Coriander leaves..1 tblsp chopped
- Green chillies..3 chopped
- Salt to taste
Seasoning
- Ghee..2 tsp
- Mustard seeds..1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves..1 sprig
- Bengal gram ..1 tsp
- Peanuts..2 tsp
- Cashew nuts.. 1 tsp broken
Method
In a mixing bowl add cooked rice, mash it a little bit , add curds, grated carrots, chopped onion chopped cucumber n chopped green chilly along with chopped coriander leaves, salt n mix well n then season it ..Mix well n serve with pickle .
Note : Chopped onions n chopped cucumber add just before serving as if added before it might make the curd rice watery ...
