Proso Millet /Baragu Dosa


  • Proso Millet/Baragu - 1 cup
  • Urid Dhal - 1/2 cup 
  • Methi seeds -1 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 


Method 
Wash n soak Proso Millet , Urid dhal n methi seeds for about 4 to 5 hours n grind to a smooth batter . Add salt n ferment overnight .


Heat a dosa tawa, drizzle oil n pour a ladle full batter , close the lid n cook on both sides . 

Serve hot with sambar/Chutney
