Ukdo Suryai Karkari Polo / Boiled Rice n Dosa Rice Coarse Dosa With Garlic Chutney
Dosa
- Ukdo Tandulu /Boiled rice..1/2 cup
- Dosa rice ..1/2 cup
- Grated Coconut..1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method
Wash n Soak both the rice over night and next day morning grind with grated coconut into a little coarse batter ( rawa consistency)
Remove the batter n add salt .
Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladle full batter n spread the dosa not too much ... add oil at the edges n cook on both sides .
No need to ferment the batter ..
Garlic chutney
- Grated Coconut ..1/2 cup
- Roasted dry red chilly ..2
- Roasted garlic flakes .. 4 to 6 ( remove the skin )
- Tamarind ..Tamarind seed size
- Salt to taste .
Method
Grind grated coconut ,roasted dry red chilly, roasted skinless garlic flakes , tamarind n salt to a semi coarse paste .
Serve the dosa with garlic chutney
