Kothimbir vadi

Kothimbir vadi
  • Besan /Gram flour-1 cup 
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves -2 1/2 cups 
  • Rice flour -3 tsp
  • Cumin seeds-1 tsp
  • Coriander powder-1tsp
  • Chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 th  tsp 
  • Salt to taste

Method 
In a bowl mix all the above ingredients , sprinkle  little water ..this batter has to b thick .. Grease a deep thali n pour the batter into it n steam for 20 mts .. cool n cut into desired shape n deep fry ! Serve hot !
