Takka Surnali /Butter Milk Dosa

Super soft Takka Surnali /Butter Milk Dosa ..
  • 3 cup- Dosa rice /Raw rice
  • 1 cup-thin phova (pounded rice )
  • 1 tsp-Methi /fenugreek seeds
  • 1 cup-Curds/buttermilk ( enough to soak) 
  • Salt to taste 

Method 
Wash rice , phova and fenugreek seeds n soak them in butter milk for 4 hrs n grind it to a fine paste, remove the batter,add salt  n ferment overnight .

Note - d batter has to b ground with curd/ buttermilk .. 

Heat a dosa tawa , smear oil , pour a ladle full batter n swirl smoothly ..dont spread the batter too much .. cover d lid n cook on only one side ..

Serve hot with chutney !
