Alsande b n Magge Huli ( Mangalore Cucumber -Cow Peas Huli )
- Cows peas (Alsande b ) - 1/2 cup
- Mangalore yellow Cucumber -1/2
- Green chilles -2 or according to the taste
- Jaggery -a small piece
- Tamarind -marble size
- Huli Powder- 3 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil-2 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Curry leaves-1 sprig
Method
Cook yellow cucumber , cow peas n slit green chillies till soft . Add jaggery piece n salt to taste . Extract tamarind juice n mix in huli powder ..add this to the cooked stuffs . Bring it to a boil ... n then give the seasoning.
