Soya Chunks Dry Masala .
- Soya chunks – 1 cup
- Onion – 2
- Tomato –2
- Ginger –Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Green Chilly – 2
- Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1tsp
- Coriander powder –1 tsp
- Garam Masala -1/4 th tsp
- Cumin seeds –1/4 tsp
- Cloves – 2
- Bay leaf –1
- Cinnamon stick – 1/2” piece
- Cardamom – 2
- Cashew nuts - 5
- Oil- 3 tsp
- salt to taste

Pressure cook soya chunks for 1 whistle .. drain the water , add cold water n then squeeze them . Keep aside .

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds,cloves,bay leaf,cardamom ,cashew nuts and
cinnamon n a fry for a minute .Then add chopped onions,n fry till golden brown , add ginger-garlic paste saute for a minute .
Add green chilly, tomatoes n cook till the raw smell goes then add all the powders and salt .
Mix well and once the oil starts to leave the pan,add soy chunks and Stir well.
Add 1/2 cup of water to it.Cover and cook for 5 minutes .
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
