Egg Butter Masala

Egg Butter Masala

Eggs - 4
Butter - 2 tsp
Cloves- 2
Cinnamon -1/2 inch piece
Onion - 1
Tomato-1 
Crushed garlic flakes- 3 
Crushed  Ginger paste- 1/2 tsp 
Cashewut paste-2 tsp
Coconut milk- 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 th tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder- 1/4 th tsp
Water -1 cup 
Salt to taste

Garnish 
Coriander leaves chopped

Method
Wash n  boil eggs with 1/2 a tsp of salt ... on Sim flame for few mts  n then on medium flame ...
Cool  n remove the shells n Make a few slashes in them as that will aid the masala to penetrate inside the eggs . 

In a kadai melt butter , add cloves , Cinnamon stick  fry for 1/2 a minute  then add chopped onion   saute till it becomes golden brown  .Add crushed garlic n ginger paste  n fry for 2 minutes . Add chopped tomatoes n fry till it becomes mushy n the raw smell goes. Add chilly powder, pepper powder,  coriander powder, salt , water , cashewnut paste ..mix n boil well . Add coconut milk n give a quick boil ( one boil ) on sim flame . Add boiled eggs , Garam masala n mix well . Garnish with coriander leaves .
