SInstant Urid Rawa Spicy Dosa
- Urid dhal ..1/2 cup
- Fine semolina /upma sooji ..1 Cup
- Green chilly ...2 chopped
- Grated ginger..1 tsp
- Curry leaves ..2 Sprigs chopped
- Salt to taste
Wash n soak urid dhal overnight n next day morning grind it to fine batter ...
To the ground urid dhal batter add semolina along with salt ...set aside for 20 mts ...Add water for consistency n then add chopped green chilies, grated ginger , chopped curry leaves ... Mix well .
Heat a tawa , smear oil n pour a ladle full batter .. dont spread the batter too much ... cook on both sides till crisp
Serve with chutney
No need for fermentation
