Moong Dhal Chilla with Palak Chutney 


  • Moong Dhal ..1 cup  
  • Green chilly ..2 
  • Ginger ...1/2 inch piece 
  • Cumin seeds .. 1/2 tsp
  •  Salt to taste .

 Method 
Wash n soak moong dhal overnight n then grind to a fine paste along with green chilles, ginger n cumin seeds ..Remove add salt n mix well.

 Heat a dosa tawa , smear oil n spread a ladle full batter n cook on both sides ...


 Palak /Spinach Chutney 

  • Palak /Spinach leaves ... washed n roughly chopped 2 cup's 
  • Green chilly 2
  •  Tomato ..1 
  • Ginger ..a small piece
  •  Onion 1 
  • Oil ..2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste . 

Method 

In little water cook chopped palak n green chilly..Cool n grind it with  ginger n tomato ... 

in a kadai add oil , chopped onion n fry till transparent , add the palak puree n cook for a while ..
