Navane /Fox tail Millet Pesarattu
- Whole Green Moong ..1 cup
- Fox tail millet/Navane akki... 1 cup
- Green chilly ... 3 or according to the spice
- Cumin seeds..1 tsp
- Ginger ..1/2 inch piece
- Onion.. 1 small
- Garlic..3 flakes.
- Salt to taste .
Method
Wash n soak whole green moong , fox tail millet for about 4 hours n then grind it semi coarsely with green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger, onion n garlic . Remove the batter , add salt .
Heat a dosa tawa, spread a ladle full batter n roast on both sides adding oil to the edges
Serve hot with chutney/ Dry chutney powder with blog of butter .
