- Tender Navil Kosu / Navilkhol /Knol Khol ...3
- Onion ... 1
- Tomato --2 medium
- Thur Dhal ..1/2 cup
To grind to a fine paste
- Grated coconut ... 1 cup
- Roasted Dry red chilly ...4 to 5
- Tamarind ..Tamarind seed size
- Salt to taste .
Seasoning ..
- Oil..2 tsp
- Onion chopped ...1 tblsp
Method
Wash n roughly scrap the navilkosu , Chop them into 2 inch cubical's
Roughly chop onion n tomatoes .
Wash n pressure cook thur dhal , cool n churn it ..In it add chopped navil kosu , chopped onion , tomatoes n cook for just one whistle .
Grind all the ingredients meant for grinding to a fine paste .
Add the ground paste to the cooked vegetables along with cooked thur dal n boil well ,then do the seasoning .
