- Mattu Gulla /Seasonal Green Round Brinjal -2
- Onion ...1 roughly chopped
- Bimbul/Bilimbi -2 slice them
To grind to a fine paste .
- Grated coconut ...1 cup
- Roasted Dry red chilly ...4
- Salt to taste .
Seasoning
- Oil..2 tsp
- Chopped onion ...1 tblsp .
Method
Wash thoor dhal n pressure cook it .. Cool n mash well ...
Wash n chop mattu gulla n cook in little water along with roughly chopped onion n bilimbi till soft .
Grind all the ingredients meant to grind to a fine paste Add the ground paste to the cooked vegetables n boil .
Then give the seasoning
