Cheppi Thousali/Un Sweetened  Cucumber Dosa n Hing Chutney .
  • Raw Rice/Dosa Rice- 1 cup
  • Grated coconut- 1 cup
  • Tender Cucumber Pieces- 1 cup
  • Salt to taste 
Method
Soak rice in water for two hours or overnight 

Peel the cucumber skin , remove the seeds n chop it  .

Grind the  soaked rice , 
grated coconut ,cucumber pieces n grind without adding water as cucumber pieces leave water , remove the ground batter , add salt .. make the batter as dosa consistency .
Heat a dosa tawa, smear oil n pour a ladle full of batter  n spread evenly not too thin or thick ..close  the lid n cook ..drizzle oil on the corner n roast on other side .

Hing Chutney 
  • Hing- Green Pea size ( i use solid hing ) 
  • Dry red chillies- 3 or 4 
  • Tamarind -Tamarind seed size 
  • Grated coconut-2 cup's 
  • Oil..1 tsp 
  • Salt to taste
seasoning
  • Oil-1 tsp
  • Mustard -1/2 tsp
  •  Curry leaves -1 sprig  
Method 
 In little oil fry red chillies n hing , cool it n grind along with grated coconut , tamarind , salt n then season it.''
