Crispy Dosa

Crispy Dosa
  •  Dosa Rice ...1 cup
  •  Idly Rice...1 cup
  •  Urad Dhal...1/2 cup 
  • Chana Dhal.. 2 tblsp 
  • Methi/ Fenugreek seeds ..1 tsp 
  •  Salt to taste 

Method
Wash n soak the dosa  rice, idly rice, urad dhal, chana dhal and methi seeds together for 4 to 5 hours.

Grind all together into a fine batter .
 
Add salt , mix well n ferment the batter .


Heat a tawa, add a  ladle full of batter n spread  making  a thin circle. Pour few drops of oil around the dosa n roast on both sides in medium flame till crisp .
Serve hot with chutney /Sambar
