Crispy Dosa
- Dosa Rice ...1 cup
- Idly Rice...1 cup
- Urad Dhal...1/2 cup
- Chana Dhal.. 2 tblsp
- Methi/ Fenugreek seeds ..1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Wash n soak the dosa rice, idly rice, urad dhal, chana dhal and methi seeds together for 4 to 5 hours.Grind all together into a fine batter .
Add salt , mix well n ferment the batter .
Serve hot with chutney /Sambar |
