Kodo Millet/Harka  Pulov with Ground Green Masala ,Curds n Crunchy Carrot bites 
  • Kodo Millet/Harka -1 cup 
  • Water-2 cups
  • Onion-2 medium  
  • Tomato-2 
  • Green peas-1/2 cup
  • Beans -10
  • Carrot-1 
  • Ghee-4 tsp

To grind to a fine paste . 
  • Garlic-5 flakes
  •  Cinnamon-1 inch stick
  • Cloves-4 
  • Ginger..1/2 inch piece 
  • Coriander leaves-one fist
  • Mint leaves- 1/2 fist 
  • Green chillies -4 to 6   or according to the taste 
  • Salt to taste 

Method 

Dry roast kodo millet on sim flame till warm.. cool n then wash it .

chop the vegetables .


Grind garlic, ginger ,cinnamon, cloves, green chillies ,coriander leaves,mint leaves ,  to a fine paste 

In a pressure cooker  add ghee , long cut onions n fry till transparent,then add chopped tomatoes n cook till mushy , add the ground paste n fry till the raw smell goes , add the dry roasted kodo millet , add the veggies , add in water , salt n mix well n cook for 2 whistle or till done ! 

Note :for extra flavour, cloves n cinamom can be added along with onions while frying
