Mustard ..1 tsp
Cumin seeds ..1 tsp
Green Cardamom whole ..2
Cloves .. 4
Cinnamon stick ..1/2 inch piece
Bay leaf ...1 leaf
Curry leaves ..1 sprig
Ginger..1 tsp chopped
Garlic.. 1 tsp chopped
Green chilly ..1 chopped
Red chilly Powder..1 tsp
Turmeric powder..1/2 tsp
Garam masala...1 tsp
Coriander powder ...1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Wash the broken wheat n moong dhal..
In a pressure cooker add oil n splutter mustard n cumin seeds , then add green cardamom whole , cloves , cinnamon stick , bay leaf (torn into 2 ) n curry leaves ..stir for few seconds .
Then add in chopped ginger , garlic n green chilly n fry for a while .
Add chopped onions and cook till pinkish red
Add all the vegetables , add all the masala powder ,stir for a while , add water , salt ,Broken wheat , moong dhal n mix well ... pressure cook for 2 or 3
Garlic Masala Tadka Raitha
- Curds ..2 cup's
- Salt to taste
Seasoing
- Ghee ..2 tsp
- Garlic cloves .peeled n chopped fine ... 2 tsp
- Chilly Powder..1/2 tsp
Method
Add curds in a bowl n churn it n add salt In a pan melt ghee n roast the chopped garlic till reddish brown , switch off add chilly powder n pour over curds ..Mix well .
