Palak Paneer
- Palak ...2 bunch
- Paneer ...1 pack
- Oil ..2 tsp
- Green chilly ...2
- Garlic cloves..4
- Ginger ...1/2 inch piece .
- Onion ...1 huge ( 1/2 for grinding , 1/2 for seasoning )
- Tomato ..1
- Coriander powder ...1 tsp
- Turmeric powder..1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder ....1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder..1/2 tsp
- Milk ..1/2 glass
- Butter ..1 tsp
- Salt to taste .
Method
Wash palak leaves n chop it roughly ... Make 2 inch cubes of paneer ... ( to it add chilly powder n salt n tawa fry with little oil , if one prefers such a way or else can add the direct cubed paneer )
Boil water n to it add chopped palak n blanch it,.keep covered .
Drain water n grind it to a puree with chopped green chilly, 1/2 of chopped onion, tomato, garlic flakes n ginger .
In a kadai add oil ,add chopped onion n fry till transparent ,add all the powders ,add the palak puree n salt ...stir for few mts ,then add milk n paneer cubes ,stir ... add butter n mix well .
