Asande bee Saar Upkari /Black- eyed Peas Plain Rasam )
- Alsande bee / Black- eyed Peas. - 1/2 cup
- Green Chilles-2
- Salt to taste
- Oil-1 tsp
- Crushed garlic flakes- 6
- Dry red chilly - 1
Wash , soak Black- eyed Peas for about 20 mts n then pressure cook it for about 4 to 5 whistle or till cooked .
Add the Black- eyed Peas, slit green chilles, salt in a vessel along with water for desired rasam consistency n cook well . Then do the seasoning .
Capsicum Phodi /fries
- Capsicum ...1
- Red chilly powder...1 tsp
- Besan gram flour ...2 tsp
- Rice flour ..2 tsp
- Hing/Asafoetida ...2 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying ..
Method
Wash n chop the capsicum to 3 inch small pieces ..In a bowl add besan , chilly powder, rice flour, hing n salt ... mix it then add chopped capsicum n mix well by adding little water .. keep aside for just few mts .
Heat oil in a kadai n deep fry the marinated capsicum few at a time till crisp
