Ukde Peja. Alsande Bee Saar Upkari n Capsicum Phodi's 

Asande bee Saar Upkari /Black- eyed Peas Plain Rasam ) 
  • Alsande bee  / Black- eyed Peas. - 1/2 cup  
  • Green Chilles-2 
  • Salt to taste 
Seasoning 
  • Oil-1 tsp 
  • Crushed garlic flakes- 6 
  • Dry red chilly - 1 
Method 
Wash , soak Black- eyed Peas for about 20 mts n then pressure cook it for about 4 to 5 whistle or till cooked .

Add the Black- eyed Peas, slit green chilles, salt in a vessel along with  water for desired rasam consistency n cook well . Then do the seasoning .

 Capsicum Phodi /fries 
  •  Capsicum ...1 
  • Red chilly powder...1 tsp 
  • Besan gram flour ...2 tsp 
  • Rice flour ..2 tsp 
  • Hing/Asafoetida ...2 pinch
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Oil for deep frying .. 

Method
 Wash n chop the capsicum to 3 inch small pieces ..In a bowl add besan , chilly powder, rice flour, hing n salt ... mix it then add chopped capsicum n mix well by adding little water .. keep aside for just few mts . 

Heat oil in a kadai n deep fry the marinated capsicum few at a time till crisp
