Corn Pomegranate Kosambari !!

Corn Pomegranate Kosambari !!


  •  Corn kernels - 1 cup 
  • Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup 
  • Green chillies - 2 or according to the spice
  • Salt to taste 


Seasoning 

  • Oil - 1 tsp 
  • Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig 


Garnishing 

  • Grated coconut- 4 tsp 
  • Hing water- 1 tsp 
  • Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tsp 
  • Lime Juice - 1 tsp 


Method
Wash n pressure cook corn kernels for one whistle with very little water ..drain n keep aside. 

In a wide bottomed vessel add the cooked corn kernels, pomegranate seeds , chopped green chillies, salt n toss it well ..then do the seasoning n garnish .
