Healthy Cocoa-nut banana delight !
- Ripe Banana - 2
- Fresh Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder - 3 tblsp
- Sugar- 2 tsp
- Honey - 1 tblsp
Method
Peel the banana n slice them slant into 2 inch pieces ... keep aside
Keep fresh grated coconut in a bowl
In another bowl mix cocoa powder along with sugar n mix well .
Roll the banana slices in the cocoa powder n shake off excess cocoa powder .
Repeat so for all the banana slices.
Arrange all the above on a plate n top it all with grated coconut n drizzle honey .
