Molake kaalu Menthya soppu palya ( Sprouted Moong n  Methi leaves stir fry )


  • Sprouted Moong - 1 cup 
  • Methi /fenugreek leaves- 1 bunch 
  • Oil- 2 tsp 
  • Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Onion - 1 
  • Green chilly- 2 chopped
  • Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp 
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste  


Garnish 

  • Lime juice- 1 tsp 


Method 
Wash well the methi leaves n chop it roughly ( i normally do so with hands ) 

In a kadai add oil splutter mustard seeds n then add chopped onions n fry till pink . Add chopped green chillies n fry for a minute .Add the methi leaves n fry for a few mts till the raw smell goes .Add sprouted moong , red chilly powder n little water along with salt n cook till done . Add in garam masala powder n then do the garnishing .Mix well .
