Aaloo Palak Paneer Paratha

Aaloo Palak Paneer Paratha 


  • Wheat flour- 2 cups 
  • Besan/Gram flour-1/2 cup 
  • Boiled , Peeled n Grated Potato - i used  1 Potato 
  • Chopped Spinach - 1 cup 
  • Grated Paneer -1/2 cup 
  • Ginger Garlic Green Chilly Paste - 2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- 1 tsp 
  • Cumin powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp 
  • Curds- 4 tbsp 
  • Oil- 2 tsp 
  • Oil/Ghee for roasting the paratha as needed 
  • Salt to taste 


Method 
In a wide bottomed vessel , add wheat flour, gram flour, salt ,all the powders , Ginger Garlic Green chilly paste , grated potato, grated paneer, chopped palak leaves , curds, oil n mix everything n  knead well to a very soft dough . 

Keep the dough  aside under moist cloth for about 20 mts . 

Knead well again the dough n make equal lemon sized ball of the dough . 

Dust a wooden platform , place the dough n roll out as paratha . 

Heat a tawa , apply little oil/ ghee n place rolled paratha on it n roast on both sides . 

Serve hot with Raitha /pickle .
