Aaloo Palak Paneer Paratha
- Wheat flour- 2 cups
- Besan/Gram flour-1/2 cup
- Boiled , Peeled n Grated Potato - i used 1 Potato
- Chopped Spinach - 1 cup
- Grated Paneer -1/2 cup
- Ginger Garlic Green Chilly Paste - 2 tsp
- Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Curds- 4 tbsp
- Oil- 2 tsp
- Oil/Ghee for roasting the paratha as needed
- Salt to taste
Method
In a wide bottomed vessel , add wheat flour, gram flour, salt ,all the powders , Ginger Garlic Green chilly paste , grated potato, grated paneer, chopped palak leaves , curds, oil n mix everything n knead well to a very soft dough .
Keep the dough aside under moist cloth for about 20 mts .
Knead well again the dough n make equal lemon sized ball of the dough .
Dust a wooden platform , place the dough n roll out as paratha .
Heat a tawa , apply little oil/ ghee n place rolled paratha on it n roast on both sides .
Serve hot with Raitha /pickle .
