Drumstick Flower Bhuthi ... Version 2


 Drumstick Flower Butthi..version 2 
  • Drumstick flower .. 1 cup heaped
  • Garlic Flakes .. 4 to 6 
  • Coconut Oil..2 tsp 
To grind
  • Grated coconut ... 1 cup 
  • Roasted dry red chilly ...5
  • Coriander seeds ( not roasted ) ..2 tsp
  • Tamarind ..Tamarind seed size 
  • Salt to taste 
Method 
Wash the drumstick flowers well . Remove the skin of  Garlic flakes n roughly crush it . 

Grind grated coconut, roasted dry red chilles ,tamarind to a semi coarse masala ( this should be thick n not watery )  , And just before removing the ground masala , add the coriander seeds n grind only for few seconds . Add salt . 


In a kadai add the ground masala ,little water, drumstick flowers ,roughly crushed garlic flakes n cook well till the drumstick  flowers turn soft n all the water evaporates . Switch off and add coconut oil n mix well .
