Penne Pasta Tikka

Penne Pasta Tikka 

  •  Penne Pasta ..2 cup's ...
  • Cashew nut ...1/4 th cup 


To roast n make paste


  •  Oil ...2 tsp
  •  Onion ..1 chopped 
  • Tomatoes ..2 chopped 
  • Ginger chopped ... 1/2 inch 
  • Garlic Flakes chopped ...5 to 6 
  • Green chilly ... 2 chopped 
  •  Turmeric powder...1/4 th tsp
  •  Chilly powder.. 1/2 tsp 
  • Coriander powder...1 tsp
  •  Cumin powder...1/2 tsp
  •  Garam Masala powder..1/2 tsp 
  • Cashew nut ...1/4 th cup 
  • Sugar...1/2 tsp
  •  Salt to taste 


Seasoning 

  • Oil ...2 tsp
  •  Mustard seeds..1 tsp 
  • Cumin seeds..1/2 tsp 
  • Curry Leaves ..2 sprigs 
  • Curds ..1 tblsp 


Method 
Cook pasta as per the instruction on the pack ...keep aside 

Make paste of cashew nuts n set aside.

 In a pan add oil , chopped onion n fry till transparent ,add chopped green chilly.chopped ginger n chopped garlic n stir for few seconds ... Add chopped tomatoes n cook till mushy .Add all the powders n stir for a minute . Add the cashew nut paste ,sugar n salt .Cool n make a paste of this .. 

In a kadai add oil ,splutter mustard seeds, add cumin seeds n let it sweat . Add curry leaves n  stir for a few seconds... Add  ground paste along with curds n stir for few mts .. Add the cooked pasta  n mix well ..cook for few mts .
