Sooji/ Rawa /Semolina Vermicelli Upma with Adrakwali Elaichi Kadak Chai !
  • Ganesh Instant Semolina vermicelli - 2 cups
  • Water as required . ( The packet mentions as how much water to use per cup )
  • Oil- 1 tblsp 
  • Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Urid dhal-1tsp
  • Curry leaves- 1 sprig
  • Green chilles - 3 chopped 
  • Onion ..1 chopped 
  • Tomato ..1 chopped 
  • Salt to taste .

Method
In a kadai add oil, splutter mustard seeds, add urid dhal n fry for a while, add curry leaves,  chopped green chilles n fry for a while .Then add chopped onion n fry till transparent , add chopped tomato n cook till mushy then add  water n boil it . Add salt n ganesh instant semolina vermicelli n cook till done . 

Serve hot .
