Sooji/ Rawa /Semolina Vermicelli Upma with Adrakwali Elaichi Kadak Chai !
- Ganesh Instant Semolina vermicelli - 2 cups
- Water as required . ( The packet mentions as how much water to use per cup )
- Oil- 1 tblsp
- Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Urid dhal-1tsp
- Curry leaves- 1 sprig
- Green chilles - 3 chopped
- Onion ..1 chopped
- Tomato ..1 chopped
- Salt to taste .
Method
In a kadai add oil, splutter mustard seeds, add urid dhal n fry for a while, add curry leaves, chopped green chilles n fry for a while .Then add chopped onion n fry till transparent , add chopped tomato n cook till mushy then add water n boil it . Add salt n ganesh instant semolina vermicelli n cook till done .
Serve hot .
