White Rice topped with Onion Tomato Sambar , Happolu , Papodu n Raw Mango Pickle 

Onion Tomato Sambar 
  • Thur Dhal-2 fist 
  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Oil-1 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • MTR sambar powder-2 tsp

Seasoning 

  • Ghee-2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp 
  • Curry leaves-1 sprig
  • Onion -2  ( sliced lengthwise )
  • Tomato-2. chopped 
  • Green chillies -2 ( slit ) 
  • Hing /Asafoetida-1 pinch

Garnishing 
Coriander leaves -2 tsp , chopped

Method 
Pressure cook thur dhal, turmeric powder n oil ... cool n mash it well ! 

Mix MTR sambar powder in little water n add this to the cooked dhal along with 1/2 a glass of water n salt .boil it well .

In a pan add Ghee, splutter mustard seeds, when it sputters add onions n fry nicely till it gets golden brown colour . add curry leaves , hing, green chillies n fry for another 3 mts . Add chopped tomatoes n cook till mushy  n then add this seasoning to the above n garnish with coriander leaves .
